The Department of Science and Technology is responsible for all the school technical and scientific research. It is piece of the school Academic Committee. Scientific Research is also responsible for the management and construction of the school’s scientific research platform, the association for science, technology and societies. The Department of Science and Technology has several offices: Planning Office, Scientific Research Achievement Office, Scientific Research Management System Office, Research Services Office, Science and Technology Association Office, Academic Institutes Management Office, and Animal Experiment Center. The missions of the Department mainly include: creating the school scientific and technological development plan, year-scientific research plan, and the establishment of management regulations and methods for scientific research. The Department manages the scientific research fund’s application, raising, allocation and, distribution; it also manages appraisal, registration and award of scientific research achievements, confidentiality, popularization and transformation of school achievements. The Department organizes the implementation and application of university research program or research program financially supported by the state or the province into the scientific industry. The Department organizes and implements the acceptance of new research laboratories through evaluation, manages the school’s intellectual property, handles the daily affairs of the school’s Academic Committee, Association for Science and Technology, and societies and is responsible for the completion of the annual statistics report for the Department of Science and Technology.
