During this winter vacation, 96 international students will stay on campus. Affected by the world epidemic, they have been staying in Hubei University of Medicine for more than one year and have not been able to return home.

On January 20th, Prof. Tu Hanjun, Secretary of the Party committee of the University, President Li He, Vice President Yan Shirong went to the Students’ Dormitory, visited these international students staying on campus, brought rice, cooking oil, milk and epidemic prevention materials to them as gifts.

The University leaders talked with students, asking about their study and living conditions as well as the epidemic situation of their home countries. They told international students to do well in self-protection, pay attention to diet and nutrition, arrange their daily schedule properly, and strengthen physical exercises during the winter holiday. Any difficulties could be reported to the school at any time. The University will pay close attention to their life and provide efficient logistics support.

         

After receiving the gifts, many students showed their "Big Gift Pack" in Wechat Moments, delivered their gratitude to the University, saying that the caring from Hubei University of Medicine made them feel at home.
