The English Center is a modern practice education platform for public disciplines, constructed based on the Medical Practice Education System of Hubei University of Medicine. The Center offers facilities and materials for English language teaching and training, as well as for the students’ independent learning. The English Center is a place for students to improve their English listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation skills. Covering an area of 4,640 square meters, with total assets of 4.15 million RMB; the Center has 10 self-access classroom, 4 audio-visual rooms for group discussion, 1 room with satellite reception, 1 multi-media courseware development room, 1 network control room,1 surveillance room and 2 rooms for online-chatting. The whole center  has internet access and is equipped with advanced network control software and rich resources for English learning. Our technology helps teaching, self-access learning, oral English tests, recording, course planning, English assignment and management for both College English and Medical English.
