The Department of Financial Affairs is responsible for the financial balance of the university. It has three offices: budget management, financial accounting, and information. The main task of the Department of Financial Affairs is to make proper plan for financial revenues and expenditure budgets and to conduct a real-time monitoring of budget execution. The Department of Financial Affairs raises funds through diverse channels to meet the needs of university development in every aspect. Funds raised by the Department are then allocated scientifically as university resources, expenditures are checked to make the best of capitals, fianancial rules are established to standardize university’s economic order and, the financial status of HUM is supported with its financial decisions. The Department of Financial Affairs participates in the forecasting, monitoring and control of the university’s financial-related affairs by; leading, monitoring and examining the financial activities in the different schools within the university.
