The Office of the President at Hubei University of Medicine is a comprehensive administrative organization that serves the school leaders. The Office has three divisions for administration, secretary services and school cars. The Office’s work mainly revolves around the school center: to act as the school assistant, to inspect and examine assigned tasks, to coordinate school work, to provide services for school leaders, different departments and, teachers and students, secretarial work, inspection and investigation, administrative reception, activity organization, coordination, legal affairs, document management, network technology and alumni contact.
