The Department of Property Management (DPM) is responsible for school equipment, assets and infrastructure management. DPM is comprised of several offices: equipment, infrastructure, comprehensive management, and tendering&bidding. The main missions of DPM is to make and implement infrastructure plans for the university, to take charge projects and tendering and bidding work, to sign contracts on behalf of university leaders, to ensure quality control of projects, to check the completion of construction, and to audit the budgets and financial accounts of all HUM projects. DPM also takes charge of the management of university fixed assets and large equipment, planning, purchasing, registration and verification and management of equipment up to RMB800 as well as run the approval of repair work and maintenance for other University facilities.
